Accessibility & Pet Policy

Our hotel is committed to making our facilities, amenities and services accessible to guests with disabilities.  Below is a description of the accessible features of the hotel in its public and guest room spaces. 

Accessible Public Spaces

• The hotel is non-smoking.
• Main entrance is wide enough for wheelchairs.
• Elevators have access to each floor.
• There is an accessible washroom on the first floor.

Accessible Guest Room Spaces

• Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available upon request.
• Telephones are located next to the bed and reachable.
• Accessible rooms have roll-in showers in the bathroom.
• Showers seats are available upon request.

Due to the limited availability of our accessible guest rooms, accessible accommodation MUST be requested and arranged prior to booking your stay by contacting our reservation office (Phone:  844.469.7829 / Email: reservations@honorshaven.com). Please note that due to the limited availability, accessible guest rooms may not be available for the dates of your desired stay.

Domestic pets are not permitted.

Service Animals are allowed per ADA Regulations.

• Emotional Support Animals, Comfort Animals, and Therapy Dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed on property. Any non-service animal housing will result in a $150+tax charge per animal, per night.
• Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or otherwise tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. Please be advised that there is a grassy area at the rear of the Retreat and Conference center (outside of the Pacific Ballroom); service animals should relieve themselves in this area ONLY. Animal waste should be disposed of properly; in a disposable plastic bag and placed in any of the outside garbage receptacles. Animal waste should NOT be disposed of inside any building.
• As a registered guest, you will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by your service animal. Service Animals are required to be up-to-date on all of their shots and should be free of fleas and ticks.
