Price: All inclusive, Per person rate
Convention Fee: $57++/per person, per day (=Per chair)
Kitchen rental Fee: $1770++ per day

MANDATORY DEPOSIT: Meeting room and Kitchen Cleaning/Damage Deposit.
A refundable, $2,000 Clean Up Deposit Fee will be retained at the time of booking. It is understood that all said spaces provided to the group must be returned in their original condition or the property will retain the 2,000.00 deposit. It is further understood that HH will charge additional monies for clean up, if charges exceed the $2,000.00 deposit.
The $2,000 Deposit will be refunded 10-days post event should all spaces (Kitchen, Cooler / Freezer, Meeting / Dining Room) be returned to their original condition.
MANDATORY DEPOSIT: GUEST ROOM DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable, $2,000 Clean Up/Damage Deposit Fee will be retained at the time of booking.
It is understood that all guest rooms provided to the group must be returned in their original condition/Damage charge must be paid before check out.
Any damages not paid by the checkout time; hotel will charge the fee from the room deposit. It is further understood that HH will charge additional monies for damages/clean up if charges exceed the deposit.
The $2,000 Deposit will be refunded 10-days post event with no unreserved guest room issues.
