Manager of Wellness Center
Shiwon Hyun is the Manager of the Wellness Center. He has been a master healer, holistic life coach, workshop trainer, and certified instructor of Brain Education for 28 years. He also has been the lead trainer for the Catskills R&R Retreat and Self Renewal Detox Retreat at Honor’s Haven Retreat & Conference.
He has guided many individuals in the discovery of their own natural healing and connection with their greatest potentials. As the manager of the Wellness Center, Shiwon is looking forward to guiding guests towards holistic health and well-being through healing, meditation, coaching, and retreat programs.
CHUNG HAE SUNSA
Senior Trainer of Wellness Center
Chung Hae studied ancient Asian healing principles and techniques for over 30 years. During this time, she has been mentoring individuals on the ancient Asian philosophies of holistic health. Having shared her knowledge with numerous individuals from around the globe, Chung Hae’s teachings are rooted in the ideology of the three components of each individual’s life force; the physical body, the energy channels and the spirit.
Through awakening and empowering one’s potential in the seven chakras, Chung Hae is able to guide individuals to discover the truth within them while building balance between mind, body and spirit.
Wellness Center Coordinator
Rachel Amar is the Wellness Program Coordinator at Honor's Haven Retreat and Conference. Rachel became a certified Brain Education instructor at only 17 years old. Since then, she has been working hard to master, teach and spread our alternative, holistic wellness practices for the well-being of all.
Rachel shares her knowledge both online and offline, teaching classes and coordinating our yoga and meditation retreat programs. She is the captain ambassador for our Peaceful Warriors Youth Leadership program and has a passion for sharing mindfulness to our youth in order to help them achieve mental, physical and spiritual healing.
Wellness Activities Manager
With over 10 years of experience working with groups and individuals of all ages, Nicholas Bach has developed a passion to help others pursue and achieve their goals. He puts groups at ease through his personable demeanor and professionalism, drawing from his extensive history leading holistic wellness programs, outdoor activities, and children’s camps.
Through his facilitation, your group will develop communication, trust, and harmony, while exercising critical thinking and creative problem-solving. As the Activities Manager at Honor’s Haven, he hopes to guide guests towards their greatest potential through fun, challenging, and meaningful indoor/outdoor activities and initiatives.
Wellness Program Director
Bama Kim is Program Director at Honor's Haven Retreat & Conference. She has helped countless people discover their latent power to heal their mind, body, and spirit. With over 20 years' experience, her natural ability to find the root causes using various ancient Eastern mind-body healing modalities has helped countless people to dramatically change their habits, manage stress, and create a healthier, happier and more peaceful life.
Her healing has helped especially people with chronic diseases, traumas, addictions and relationship challenges. She helps people in person through her private sessions while leading and overseeing major retreats and workshops at Honor's Haven.
