Yoga and Tai-chi

Indulge both your mind and body at Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa. Yoga and Tai-Chi classes are available to overnight guests as well as those with a wellness membership.

The Yoga practiced at Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa is a modernized adaptation of a 5,000 year-old mind & body training; combining stretching and breathing techniques with energy building exercises. Enjoy improved circulation, heart health, and stress management.

Tai-Chi is a healing Martial Art utilizing Ki-energy circulation paired with breathing and stretching techniques. These popular exercises are a proven method for good health maintenance and self-defense. Tai-Chi allows the strengthening of your inner and outer body without risk of strain or injury. It is also known to aid in the recovery of many illnesses, including arthritis, back pains and knee injuries.

Regular classes offered on Tuesdays at 5pm as well as Saturdays 10am. (Schedule is subject to change.) Our wellness department will also schedule private classes for your group upon request. (Additional fees may apply)
