Wellness Classes

Even if you are a beginner, you can easily participate in and benefit from our Wellness Class programs that consist of a variety of classes and excursions. Our experienced instructors have developed classes that are easy for beginners, with options to create a deeper experience for advanced practitioners.

Our Wellness Classes are created for guests of Honors Haven to help relax and de-stress your life. The classes are easy to follow, and you will find yourself refreshed both mentally and physically, ultimately leading to increased focus and productivity within your life.

If you are a nature enthusiast, you can’t miss out on hiking our beautiful trails! Hiking through the natural preserve area will release the stress from your every day life and reawaken your passion for life.

 
 

Schedule for the Wellness Classes:

  • Yoga: Tuesday 5pm
  • Stress Release: Friday 5pm
  • Energy Rejuvenation: Saturday 10am
  • Tai Chi: Sunday 10am
