The classes are easy to follow, allowing you to become refreshed both mentally and physically, leading to increased focus and productivity within your life.
The Wellness Center at Honor’s Haven also offers the option of a customizable Private Session; Energy Yoga and Meridian Opening. Your session includes a consultation with your instructor to insure your ultimate satisfaction in reaching your personal goals. The purpose of energy yoga is to heal and strength physical body, calm the emotion and quiet the mind in order to awaken our true nature. All classes are designed for any level of physical condition and require no previous experience. The classes include stretches to open energy channels, core strengthening, breathing exercise and mindful meditation.

Tai Chi trains muscles, breath, and the mind, creating one of the most comprehensive exercise and self-training systems in existence. Studies have also shown that regular Tai Chi practice yields incredible healing results, particularly for the those suffering from sleep disorders, neuro-muscular complications, spinal misalignment, joint pain and muscular dystrophy.
