Even if you are a beginner, you can easily participate in and benefit from our Wellness programs that consist of a variety of classes and exercises. Our experienced instructors have developed programs that are easy for beginners, with options to create a deeper experience for advanced practitioners.

 The Wellness Center at Honor’s Haven strives to help our guests de-stress and relax. The classes are easy to follow, allowing you to become refreshed both mentally and physically, leading to increased focus and productivity within your life.

The Wellness Center at Honor’s Haven also offers the option of a customizable Private Session; Energy Yoga and Meridian Opening. Your session includes a consultation with your instructor to insure your ultimate satisfaction in reaching your personal goals. For the nature enthusiast, don’t miss out on hiking our beautiful trails!   Reawaken your passion for life!

  Saturday 10:00 am - 11:15 am

  Sunday 10:00 am - 11:15 am

  (Each class takes 75 minutes)
