Rejuvenation Retreat with Nature

Our “Rejuvenation Retreat with Nature” is an integrated Holistic program of activities and experiences that support the whole human being - Body, Mind and Spirit. Our goal is to create a greater awareness of your Well-Being so that you can create a happier, healthier You during the retreat but also by learning some techniques and practices that you can apply when you return home.

What you will experience

Our retreat weekend blends and balances focused activities with time on your own to experience what you find most supportive. You will participate in activities that will help you reduce stress and energize your body, including meditation techniques in nature and energy movement exercises that are based on ancient eastern practices.

A key aspect of our health and well-being is our ability to evaluate our own energy so that we can identify and release heavy or negative energies that affect us. You will learn proven evaluation techniques that will not only help you identify energies that are harmful to your health but also how to recharge your energy levels to the most optimal level for your well-being.

You will learn techniques and tools that support sound, restful sleep so that you can wake refreshed and energized. Another aspect of creating your energetic well-being is the strength of your confidence. Just how confident are you – in You. During the retreat you will have the opportunity to learn some basic healing martial arts tools that are founded on a healing martial arts principals that are thousands of years old and are taught all over the world. This non-combative form will help provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your health and happiness.

Have Fun

Allowing yourself to have fun is a key element to your Well – Being. Your weekend retreat is all about enjoying yourself in a stress free natural environment while you support yourself with fresh air, healthy, nourishing food and experiencing what it is like to feel good and enjoy being alive.
