FALL FIESTA PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST!

As Autumn inches closer and our focus turns to the striking hues of the Upstate New York landscape, we encourage you to share with us your very best photo of Fall at Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa!

 Prizes

• The winning contestant will receive a Weekend Stay for Two (2): including lodging in one of the resort's luxurious VIP suites, three (3) buffet meals daily and have their work showcased on the resort's website.
• Second and third place winners will receive a souvenir from the Resort’s gift shop.

How to Enter

• To enter, please fill out the Fall Fiesta Photo Contest Application for Submission. You can find that here; (Application Form PDF)
• Then, email your entry with your completed application to marketing@honorshaven.com .  
• Subject:  Fall Fiesta Photo Contest.  Don’t have a scanner?  No problem. Email your entry to marketing@honorshaven.com  and fax your application to (845) 210-3147.  Your photo will be automatically uploaded to Honor’s Haven’s Facebook page. 

• Photos and application forms must be received no later than 4:30PM on the deadline date of November 2, 2012. When submitting photos and forms separately, please be sure to include name of entrant and photo title in the body of your email. Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries. Submission form MUST be received for photos to be entered into the contest.

Official Rules

The Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa Fall Fiesta Photo Contest is open to all individuals staying at Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa during the 2012 Fall Foliage Season.  Only two entries per person will be permitted. 

Entry must be the original work of the entrant and the entrant must be the sole owner of the copyright of such entry.  Entries should reflect the vibrant and unique beauty of autumn at Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa and must not be inappropriate or offensive, as determined by the management of Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa. Entries should not infringe upon the copyright of any third party.  Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry it deems to be inappropriate or offensive, that is not keeping with the Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa’s terms of these official rules.  Entrant must have obtained express written consent to submit any entry that contains persons other than entrant or third-party elements not owned by the entrant or Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa and if requested to do so, produce such written consent from appropriate parties in a form and manner acceptable to Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa. 

By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa exclusive rights to use, modify, crop and distribute the entry and all elements of such entry, including, without limitation, entrant’s photograph and entrant’s name.  Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa is not responsible for lost, garbled, damaged, delayed or misdirected entries.

If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.  Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa may disqualify anyone from participating in the contest.
