Energy Yoga & Power Breathing

Yoga aims to bring body awareness into consciousness and to improve concentration with breathing and certain postures. The yoga practice at Honor’s Haven Resort is a modernized adaptation of 5,000 year-old traditional Korean mind-body training. This special yoga training combines stretching and breathing with energy building exercises. This will help improve circulation, heart condition, and stress management. Power breathing also normalizes and restores a natural balance to your autonomic nervous system and enhances your self-control and vitality.

 
Tai-Chi principles and practices

Tai chi is a system of beautiful, flowing movements used by millions of people around the world as a graceful, meditative exercise. This training helps to develop the ability to integrate the internal energy flow with the external one. In the fluent and dynamic circular movement, you will learn how to combine the moves of your body and the energy flow, or how to move your body in the flow of energy. This brings enhanced focus, flexibility and vitality in a peaceful clear mind.

 
Self-Management & Stress Reduction

Self-management has been recognized as one of the essential merits of executives and leaders. Originally it was understood as a matter of technical “knowing” or intellectual aspects of personality. However, researches and studies over the last 20 years have shown the close relationships between cognitive-executive functions of the brain-the way you think and physiological functions of the body-the way you feel. Through this training, participants discover and cultivate the physical, energetic, and mental foundation for their optimal performance.

 
Mini Health Seminars
Health seminars with diverse topics will be available from Friday to Sunday. Suggested topics of seminar include Permanent Weight Loss, Holistic Health Benefits and Approaches, Stress Reduction, How to Naturally Increase Your Energy, Healthy Eating, and Brain Health in Maturity (for senior citizens).
