Reservations

Choose between any of our deluxe or executive rooms and suites designed to enhance your stay. Our spacious rooms combine sheer elegance with modern amenities, many of which offer execeptional views of the glorious Shawangunk Mountains. As soon as we receive your request, we will e-mail your confirmation letter within 24hours, guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

All individual reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.  Group Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in the groups’ contract.

No Pet Policy

Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa has a strict policy regarding pets. Unauthorized housing of pets in guestrooms will result in a guest’s removal and/or a fee of $150.00

Service animals are allowed with prior notice and proof of registration as a service animal is required.

No Smoking Policy

In accordance with the New York State Clean Indoor Air Act, smoking is prohibited in all public spaces at Honor’s

Haven Resort & Spa, including conference rooms, lobbies, hallways and entryways. In addition, Honor’s Haven

does not allow smoking in its guestrooms. Violation of this policy may result in a $250.00 surcharge as well as a fine of up to $1,000.00.

Resort Fee and Taxes

All accommodations are subject to a Resort Fee of 18% this will be added to the Room Rate.  A Resort Fee is added to provide and maintain our resort amenities.

All accommodations are subject to New York State sales tax and Local County tax.

Arrivals and Departures

Our check in process begins at 3:00 PM.

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Any late check-outs may incur a charge equivalent to half of the nightly room rate.

Planning Your Stay at the Resort

Please call for your spa appointments prior to arrival in order to secure your preferred times.

Cots, Cribs and Refrigerators are $20.00 each per night.

Coffee Makers are available upon request at a rate of $15.00 per night

If you have it on, you will see only the option to turn it off.
If you have it off, you will see only the option to turn it on.
