Our dining room features picturesque views of our world class golf course, sparkling lake and the famous Shawangunk Mountains. With the completion of our expansive renovation, the Dining Room has a touch of understated elegance, pairing modern updates with a classic feel. Under the leadership of our European trained Executive Chef, Walter Hermann, our culinary team caters to all tastes with an intercontinental menu including American, European, Kosher Style and Asian Fusion dishes.

Food Services

  • Wake up to our delicious breakfast buffet, including your choice of assorted rolls, fresh eggs, hot bacon and sausage, breakfast potatoes, as well as an assortment of yogurt and seasonal fruits.
  • Buffet style Lunch and Dinner with your choice of assorted dinner rolls, crisp salads, fresh pasta as well as meat, poultry & seafood options. Complete your meal with our freshly baked desserts and seasonal fruits.
  • Enjoy an assortment of chilled juices and soft drinks.
  • We also offer the option of a sit-down service, should your group prefer. (3days notice required, additional fees may apply)
  • Our food & beverage department will happily cater your event based on the group’s cultural background; upon request.
