Should you arrive prior to the hotel’s standard 3:00PM check-in time, the Front Desk would be more than happy to store your luggage, on a complimentary basis, until your room is prepared. All hotel amenities are available for use during this time.
Requests for early check-in (prior to the standard 3:00PM check-in time) will be accommodated, based upon availability, and the following Early Check-In Rates will apply:
- Check-Ins before 11:00AM $50.00 + tax (based upon availability)
- Check-Ins between 11:00AM and 1:00PM $20.00 + tax (based upon availability)
- Check-Ins between 1:00PM and 3:00PM No Charge (based upon availability)
Should you wish to depart the hotel after the hotel’s standard 11:00AM check-out time, the Front Desk would be more than happy to store your luggage, on a complimentary basis. Guests are asked to return their room keys to the Front Desk at or before 11:00AM.
Requests for late check-out (after the standard 11:00AM check-out time) will be accommodated based upon availability, and the following Late Check-Out Rates will apply:
- Check-Outs between 11:00AM and 12:00PM No Charge (based upon availability)
- Check-Outs between 12:00PM and 6:00PM $20.00/hour + tax (based upon availability)
- Check-Outs after 6:00PM will be charged the prevailing rate for the full night (based upon availability)
In the event a guest fails to check-in for a guaranteed reservation, a non-refundable charge equal to a one night stay (room and tax) will be charged to the credit card on file and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.
If you must shorten your stay, we kindly ask that you advise the hotel not less than 24-hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid any charges. Changes made on day of arrival or after you have checked in will be subject to an Early Departure Fee equal to a one night stay (room and tax).
A valid credit card, deposit or prepayment is required at time of reservation to guarantee all arrangements.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel not less than 72-hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a non-refundable Cancellation Fee equal to a one night stay (room and tax). This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.
Credit cards and debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds and will appear as a pending charge. The authorization will be held until check-out. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or other financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All rooms have a maximum occupancy of five guests. Additional Occupant Fees to apply after 2nd guest. A rollaway bed or baby crib may be arranged for guest rooms for an additional $20.00 fee per night. For guarantee of rollaway please make request prior to arrival.
Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on hotel property. For health and safety reasons, all children under the age of 18 are not permitted in certain areas of the Spa. All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in order to gain access to the swimming pools. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted inside the Fitness Center, Locker Rooms, Saunas, or Jacuzzis.
