Program Overview: This program includes a 6-day residency at Honor’s Haven for mindful eating, education seminars related with food, Brain Education, and mindful exercise training. (The 6-day program can be extended to up to 10 days) Prior to arrival there will be a pre-residency program guided by local instructors associated with our resort. |

It is a break from your habituated life patterns, for you to get a jump-start into healing your body and mind, biologically and psychologically. This program provides you with an optimal environment and opportunities for healing and lifestyle changes as well. |

Among the things you will learn is, the link between your brain and diet/weight loss as well as how to master your habits. |
